The Project:

Innovare Systems is a UK-based market leader in panelised off-site wall, roof and floor components that help to simplify and speed up the construction process. As the industry strives for low carbon developments and starts to take into consideration the previously often ignored element of embodied carbon, KLH worked with Innovare to develop a bespoke in-house embodied carbon tool aligned with the RICS Whole Life Carbon Assessment Methodology (2017). The tool is tailored to analyse Innovare’s wide product range and the specificities of each accounting for their complex supply chain. The tool has been built to analyse the embodied carbon of the Innovare schools portfolio and compare the impact of the Innovare offering to traditional on site methods and materials.
