The Project:

We are Eat Real and Proper (WARP) are a healthy snacks company who have recently acquired an existing factory to bring their manufacturing in-house. KLH Sustainability has supported WARP on developing and executing a bespoke sustainabiliy strategy for the new site to enable WARP to achieve their ambitious corporate sustainability ambitions including becoming BCorp certified and a net zero carbon business by 2030. KLH has facilitated workshops and engagement sessions with team members across the business to ensure the voice of the employees is represented in the strategy and developed a detailed execution plan with the leadership team to ensure the strategy is integrated into the wider business plan.
