The Project:

Guild Living is a developer and operator of urban later living communities which takes pride in developing environments that work to support the physical, emotional and cognitive wellbeing of every member of the Guild Living community. Guild Living is set to become a positive disruptor in urban later living across the UK and has asked KLH to support them with the sustainability ambitions of four of their current projects: Bath, Epsom, Walton-on-Thames and Uxbridge. KLH have delivered recommendations on reducing whole life carbon and achieving carbon neutrality based on the embodied and operational carbon assessments undertaken for these projects. In addition, KLH have provided guidance on different carbon offsetting strategies to achieve carbon neutrality. KLH continues to accompany Guild Living in their quest to define what zero carbon means for the company and assist them in the formulation of their own bespoke carbon offsetting strategy.
